A: Please ensure that all your information is correct and updated when checking out. Due to the task consuming a great deal of time when the customer service team has to work hard to correct wrong addresses and address changes, which takes time away from prepping your orders. If your email is incorrect, you won't receive your tracking number. The system will send the email to the address you provided during checkout. We are not responsible for wrong email or mailing addresses.

A: When you track your order and it says "delivered," but you have not received it, please file a claim with USPS or UPS. Authoressmadamwise.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for any allergic reactions to the products in any box series or set. Products are hand-picked with the intent to provide a great experience.

A: Please allow a few days for the tracking system to update. You'll immediately receive your tracking information once we print out your shipping label. This does not mean the order has been shipped out at that exact moment. Your ship-out date will be specified by Madam Wise(If it is a special order, e.g. Series Box, Bundles, etc.). Our normal shipping dates will be on every Friday unless notified otherwise.

A: All orders placed are final. We do not process any returns or exchanges for any items on our site. There are no refunds or cancellations once the system processes the order.
